For over 15 years, "Lakeshore" Teresa's Deli has been meeting - and exceeding - the expectations of Erie's catering needs. You will quickly discover we carry and prepare the finest of foods. Your senses will come alive with the aroma of freshly made foods lovingly prepared in our kitchens, with authentic Italian ingredients using my mother's and Aunt Rosey's traditional recipes.

From boardroom meetings and luncheons to family picnics, graduations, office gatherings and meaningful events, you can count on our proficient staff throughout the year to provide for any function - private or business, large or small - at your office, home or other special location. Aunt Rosey's Chicken - Roasted or BBQ Only select Grade A Drums & Thighs roasted that day by my Aunt using our family's recipe. (serving portion = 1+ per person) (add chicken breast for a minimal cost)		Sausage with Peppers and Onions Homemade & mixed with fresh bell peppers and onions.

Huge Meatballs Made by my mother, Grace, covered in her homemade spaghetti sauce. (serving portion = 1½ per person)		Ox Roast Sliced premium roast beef in our tangy au jus and a touch of onions throughout.

Gourmet Ham Smith's Gourmet baked with sliced pineapple.		BBQ Pulled Pork Juicy and tender & loaded with sauce.

Homemade Meatloaf Mom's special recipe.		Broiled Alaskan Pollock 5 oz. portion sautéed in our recipe of herbs & spices.

Rigatoni Imported Bozza ribbed pasta cooked al'dante in mom's homemade sauce so they're nice and firm when ready to serve.		Macaroni or Potato Salad Both are homemade and delicious.

Antipasto Salad\| Loaded with premium meats & cheeses and our famous Italian dressing on the side.		Tossed Salad Fresh Greens loaded with veggies & cheese.

Chef Salad Swiss, turkey, bacon and hard boiled egg throughout		Cheesy Potatoes Shredded potatoes with a blend of melted cheese throughout.

Scallop or Roasted Potatoes Aunt Rosey's famous touch using only the A-red potatoes.		Baked Beans Cooked old-style..

Mixed Veggies or Green Beans Fresh and seasoned to perfection.		Green Bean Casserole Green Beans in a rich mushroom sauce topped off with French fried onions.
